What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, your HR Primer Launchpad application reference, the payments you record and any payment proofs you upload. If someone sponsors you, we keep their name, email and message.

Why we collect it

To confirm you are a Launchpad applicant, to record and confirm your payments, to send you receipts and reminders, and to plan your admission.

Who can see it

You can see your own records. The HR Primer team can see records to confirm payments and support you. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your records for as long as you have a Piggy Bank and for as long afterwards as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. Exact retention periods to be confirmed.

Asking for your data to be deleted

You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted, by submitting a ticket at https://primerpsl.fillout.com/support. Some payment records may need to be kept for accounting reasons.
